Sample Policy

HOW TO ORDER A SAMPLE

1. To order a sample please email your request to samples@raveon.com.au or click Request A Sample Button
2. In your request please include the following: Item #(s), Quantity, Any Specific Color, Billing, Shipping & Contact Information.
3. The samples department will contact you regarding your request within 24 hours. They will provide you with cost (if applies) and shipping options.

Sample Policy

1. The cost of samples including postage & handling ($10.00 + GST minimum Australia Post Bag charge), must be paid before the samples are sent (if pricing applies).
2. If you choose to place an order for an item which you have sampled,
Rave On Promotional Products will credit the cost of that sample plus postage & handling on your order.
3. All samples are shipped either undecorated or with a random print. Samples may not be customised.
4. All sample orders are shipped by road service. If you need samples urgently, please contact us on freecall 1800 433 888
5. Rave On Promotional Products reserves the right to reject any sample request.
